1. Orders & Payment

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Yes, babe! You have 24 hours from placing your order to make changes. We process orders quickly (within two business days), so reach out fast if you need to update something.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, plus Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Whatever works best for you, we got you.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders ship from within the U.S. Processing takes up to two business days, then your favorite item will arrive in three to five business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Q: Do you offer expedited or gift shipping?
A: Not at this time, babe! But stay tuned—exciting updates may be coming.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We want you to love your new item! If you don’t, just contact us at support@babeandbag.com within seven business days of delivery. Here’s the scoop:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Bags, hats, and sunglasses cannot be worn if returning (for hygienic and quality reasons).

  • If your return is due to a personal preference (wrong size, color, style, etc.), store credit will be issued. You’ll cover $4.95 return shipping.

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, we’ll issue a full refund once the item is returned and inspected.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
A: Absolutely! Exchanges work like a return: contact us, send back your item, and store credit will be issued so you can get the size or color you want.

4. Product Care

Q: How do I care for my items?
A: Babe, we got you covered:

  • Vegan leather bags: Wipe with a damp cloth and store in a dust bag. Avoid moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.

  • Hats: Keep in a cool, dry place. Avoid crushing or folding.

  • Sunglasses: Wipe lenses gently with a microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or extreme heat.

5. Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know which size to get?
A: All bag dimensions, strap lengths, and hat sizes are listed in the product specifications. Most bags, hats, and sunglasses come in one size. Please check each page before purchasing.

6. Product Issues

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Oh no! Contact us immediately at support@babeandbag.com within seven business days. We’ll guide you through the return process and either issue a refund or store credit depending on the situation.

Q: The color isn’t exactly what I expected—what now?
A: Screens can play tricks, babe. Colors may appear differently on phones, tablets, or computers. If the shade isn’t what you expected, you can return the item and we’ll issue store credit so you can grab another shade.

Q: Do you have promotions, discounts, or a loyalty program?
