1. How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
 We get it—sometimes it’s just not the vibe you expected. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to let us know if you’d like to return or exchange your item. Once approved, you’ll have 30 days to get it back to us. Easy, breezy, no stress.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
That’s not okay with us—like, at all. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, send us a message right away with photos within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. We’ll take care of you and make things right, fast.

3. How do I start a return or exchange?
Just head over to our Contact Us page and send us your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We’ll email you back with simple instructions and next steps.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
We move quickly to pack your order (because we know you want it ASAP). If you need to make changes, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is probably already on its way to you.

5. What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t get it?
First, check with neighbors, your building, or your local post office (you’d be surprised how often it’s nearby!). Still missing? Contact us and we’ll help track it down.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—we currently ship only within the U.S. But stay tuned… big things are coming.

7. How much is shipping?
We keep it simple: $6.99 flat rate shipping (that covers shipping and handling—your items are carefully packed and quality checked before heading out). Spend $75 or more and shipping is free!

8. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location. Shipping can take up to 21 business days for certain items. 

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
We don’t offer full gift wrapping just yet (but we’re working on it!). 

11. How do I care for my bag?
Your bag loves a little TLC! Wipe it clean with a soft cloth and store it upright when not in use. Avoid overstuffing (we know, it’s tempting!) to keep its shape looking fabulous.

12. What forms of payment do you accept?
 We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Quick, secure, and stress-free checkout every time.
