We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

Colors and textures may appear differently depending on your device screen.

Please review size and dimension information carefully before ordering.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

Payment is due at the time of purchase using approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s capacity.

All products are shipped from within the United States, and U.S. delivery only is available at this time.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

5. Returns

We want you to love your new bag, hat, or sunglasses. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what you need to know:

Notification Window: Contact us at support@babeandbag.com within 7 business days of receiving your item to request a return or click HERE

Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Hats and sunglasses must not have been worn for hygienic reasons.

Approval & Inspection: All returns must be received and inspected at our warehouse before any refund or store credit is issued.

Refunds vs Store Credit:

Refunds: Issued for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.

Store Credit: Issued for items returned due to personal preference, sizing, or color differences. Store credit can be used toward future purchases in our store.

Please note: you cannot keep the item and receive a refund or store credit simultaneously.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Discounts are valid only during the promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

8. Limitation of Liability
