You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item if you wish to initiate a return.

Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.
2. Condition of Items
All handbags, hats, and sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Hats and sunglasses cannot be worn for hygienic reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
3. How Returns Are Handled
A. Refund to Original Payment Method
When you’ll get a refund:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong color, wrong style, broken hardware).
Process:
Contact us via email to initiate the return.
We will provide instructions on where to ship the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeframe:
Once the item is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
B. Store Credit
When you’ll get store credit:
If you’re returning the item due to personal preference (color, size, or style differs from your expectations).
Store credit allows you to choose another item from our store.
Process:
Contact us via email to initiate the return.
Return the item in its original condition.
Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account.
Timeframe:
Once the item is received and approved, store credit is typically issued within 7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
5. Important Notes
All returns require the item to be sent back; you cannot keep the product and receive a refund or store credit simultaneously.
Decisions about refund vs. store credit are made after we inspect the returned item.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for reasons outside our control (e.g., color difference, size not as expected), store credit is issued, not cash.
