Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, you’ll have up to 30 days from delivery to ship the item back to us.
All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, just send us a quick email at  support@babeandbag.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, jewelry, and sunglasses are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at support@babeandbag.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show up in your account (depending on your bank).

Shipping fees  are are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Want a different size, style, or color? As soon as your return is approved, you can place a fresh order for the item you really want. That way, you’ll get it faster instead of waiting for the exchange process. Store credit will be provided to enable you to place your order.
