Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get another email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within the United States. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, though some specialty or direct-from-supplier items may take up to 21 business days. If your order is delayed, you’ll still be able to track it from start to finish.

Some items ship directly from our partner suppliers, which may include international sources. Delivery times vary depending on the product, but we carefully select these partners to offer unique items while keeping costs affordable.

Express Shipping (coming soon): Need it faster? Stay tuned—we’re working on express options for when you need your bag like, yesterday.

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only (that’s the lower 48 states, babe). No international or P.O. box deliveries at this time—but we’re working on expanding.

Free Shipping Threshold

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.99 which covers shipping, handling, and quality checks to make sure your order arrives safe and ready to love.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow your new favorite bag’s journey right to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We pack everything with care, but sometimes things happen during transit.

  • Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier directly first. Still having trouble? Email us at support@babeandbag.com —we’ll help you figure it out.

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Pre-Orders & Special Items

If an item is marked as pre-order or custom, shipping times will be clearly stated in the product description.
