International Shipping:

 We currently only ship within the United States.

Returns

We want you to love your bag!

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns include:

• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged item

For change of mind, unused items may be returned for store credit (customer responsible for return shipping).

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.

• No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Store Credit will be issued for change of mind handbags.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Receive Prepaid Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Ship Item Back: Place the item securely in its original packaging, affix the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
